Complaint Resolution Policy
Students with concerns should follow the steps below:

Attempt informal resolution by speaking with instructors or staff.

Submit a formal written complaint to info@forecastcommunity.com.

Await review and response within 15 business days.

If unresolved, escalate to the institution’s Executive Director or regulatory board.
