Complaint Resolution Policy

Students with concerns should follow the steps below:

  1. Attempt informal resolution by speaking with instructors or staff.

  2. Submit a formal written complaint to info@forecastcommunity.com.

  3. Await review and response within 15 business days.

  4. If unresolved, escalate to the institution’s Executive Director or regulatory board.
