Home Health Aide Training Program
The Home Health Aide (HHA) Training Program at Forecast Community Development Corporation is a structured, short-term workforce development course designed to prepare individuals for entry-level employment in the growing field of home healthcare.
This comprehensive program equips students with the fundamental skills and knowledge required to provide high-quality, compassionate care to elderly, disabled, or chronically ill individuals in home settings. The training combines classroom instruction with supervised hands-on clinical practice to ensure that graduates are job-ready and meet Illinois state and federal training requirements for home health aides.
The program is ideal for those seeking a career path in healthcare, including future advancement as certified nursing assistants or licensed practical nurses. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion and will be prepared to seek employment through home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and private duty assignments.
